Linda A. Jannazzo, was born in Brooklyn and raised on Long Island, New York. She is a breast cancer survivor since 1999. Due to her compassion for the autistic community, she initiated fundraising endeavors and volunteered for crisis interventions with families of autistic children. She also worked in the social work field with those with mental illness and the homeless population. Everyone who knows her, appreciates her sense of humor as well as her inspiration to others. As she is passionately involved in her Autistic daughters life, she wrote the book, "My Dreams, Challenges and Joys" with a mix of humor and inspiration in an effort to bring hope and emotional awareness to other families of Autistic children.
